Due to strict postal and hazardous material regulations governing alcohol-based goods and flammable liquids, certain regional restrictions may apply, and packages cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Customers are fully responsible for complying with local import regulations and covering any international customs, tariffs, and local taxes assessed upon delivery border crossing.

A consignment is classified as delayed once transit exceeds standard delivery by 7 business days for UK orders or 14 business days for overseas parcels before claims initiate.

Formal inquiries are lodged directly with the dispatch partner. Carrier reviews take up to 10 working days, during which tracking status and GPS coordinates are verified.

Once a parcel is verified as courier-lost, Ambango issues an immediate priority replacement or store credit. Deliveries confirmed via scan to accurate addresses are excluded.
